Shipping Cost
- Flat Rate Shipping: We charge a flat rate of $20 for all orders under $40.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $40 qualify for free shipping.
Courier Services
To provide our customers with a premium delivery service, all shipments are made through express courier companies such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, and others. We have the discretion to select the courier that best facilitates a prompt and efficient delivery of the product to you.
Processing & Handling Time
Orders for regular sizes are created specifically for you and usually ship within 7-14 business days. However, there may be a delay of up to 20 business days for shipping.
- Handling Time: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
- Shipping Time: After processing, orders are expected to arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Please note that estimated shipping times may vary based on customs, public holidays, and any other unforeseen circumstances.

Order and Shipping Notifications
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to become available. Shipping times may be impacted by inclement weather or holiday schedules.

International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping specially United states of America (USA) through UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, and USPS.
Note: Custom orders requiring remaking may extend delivery time. Only items that pass our quality inspection are shipped to ensure your satisfaction.
Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Using the tracking number, you can check the status of your shipment directly on the UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, and USPS website. Tracking updates are usually available within 24 hours of shipment, allowing you to monitor your order’s progress until it arrives. Duty
Orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and the buyer is responsible for any additional charges. Before making a purchase, please consult your local customs office to determine the cost.
Other Policies
Once payment is received, the customer will receive an email confirming the order.
The customer is responsible for tracking the shipment using the provided tracking number and following up with the courier company if necessary. In case the order is held by the courier or delivery is attempted but the customer is not present, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier. To avoid any issues, it’s recommended to regularly check the tracking information. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the parcel may be destroyed by the courier, for which we won’t be held responsible.
To save time and money, multiple orders shipped to the same address may be combined into a single shipment at our discretion, unless otherwise instructed. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be rescheduled to a different address and the customer should contact the courier company for resolution.
