At B1 Apparels, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our comprehensive Refund and Return Policy below.
IMPORTANT: Custom Made-to-Order Products
Please read this carefully before ordering:
All B1 Apparels products are custom-made to order with personalized team names, player names, and/or numbers. Because these items are manufactured specifically for you and cannot be resold, custom/personalized items are NOT eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect, damage, or error on our part.
Stock/Non-Personalized Items: If you purchase a jersey or item WITHOUT any customization (no names, numbers, or custom printing), our standard 30-day return policy applies (see details below).
To determine if your item is returnable:
- ✅ Returnable: Plain jerseys with no customization, standard stock items
- ❌ Non-Returnable: Any item with team names, player names, numbers, or custom designs
Standard Return Policy (Non-Customized Items Only)
For non-customized, stock items purchased without personalization:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- ✅ Item is in the same condition that you received it
- ✅ Unworn and unused
- ✅ With original tags attached
- ✅ In its original packaging
- ✅ Receipt or proof of purchase included
- ✅ Item is NOT customized/personalized
Return Shipping Cost:
- Customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are non-refundable
- No restocking fee will be charged

Manufacturing Defects & Damages
This applies to ALL items, including custom/personalized products:
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us at sales@b1apparels.com right away if:
- ✅ Item is defective (stitching issues, fabric defects, etc.)
- ✅ Item is damaged (torn, stained, or otherwise damaged)
- ✅ You received the wrong item (wrong size, color, style)
- ✅ Printing/embroidery errors (wrong names, numbers, misspellings that don't match your approved proof)
- ✅ Poor print quality (fading, smudging, peeling)
- ✅ Missing items from your order
Our Quality Guarantee:
If there is a manufacturing defect, damage, or error on our part, we will:
- Evaluate the issue with photos you provide
- Provide a prepaid return shipping label (you don't pay return shipping for our errors)
- Either remake the item at no cost to you, OR issue a full refund
You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order to qualify for defect claims.
What We Need From You:
When reporting a defect or damage, please email sales@b1apparels.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the defect/damage
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product tags (if still attached)
We will respond within 24-48 hours with next steps.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items CANNOT be returned for buyer's remorse, size changes, or change of mind:
❌ Custom/Personalized Products: Any jerseys or items with team names, player names, numbers, or custom designs added
❌ Special Orders: Items made to customer specifications
❌ Sale Items: Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)
❌ Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final
Note: These items CAN be replaced or refunded if there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part (see "Manufacturing Defects & Damages" section above).
Exchanges Process
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:
- Return the item you have (if eligible under this policy)
- Once the return is accepted and processed, make a separate purchase for the new item
For custom/personalized items: Because these cannot be returned for non-defect reasons, we cannot exchange them unless there is a manufacturing error.
For defective custom items: We will remake the item at no cost to you rather than exchange it.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For customers in the European Union:
Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days (or 30 days for non-personalized items), for any reason and without justification.
EU Return Requirements:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase included
Important for EU Customers:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs to Canada
- Even custom/personalized items may be returned within 14 days under EU consumer protection laws
- We will refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Refunds Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Inspection: We will notify you within 2-3 business days once we've received your return
- Approval: We will let you know if the refund was approved or not
- Refund Processing: If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days
- Bank Processing: Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
Total estimated time: 14-21 business days from when we receive your return to when you see the refund in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at sales@b1apparels.com.
Refund Method:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method only
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
- Return shipping costs paid by customer are non-refundable
Design Proof Approval Process
To ensure accuracy on custom/personalized orders:
- After you place your order, we will create a digital design proof
- You will receive this proof via email within 24-48 hours
- You must approve this proof before production begins
- You can request unlimited revisions until you're satisfied
- Once you approve the proof, production begins
Important: Once you approve the design proof and production begins, changes cannot be made. If the finished product matches your approved proof but you're unhappy with the design, this is not eligible for return or refund.
Customer Responsibility: Please carefully review all names, numbers, spelling, colors, and design elements before approving your proof. We are not responsible for errors that match your approved design.
Size Changes & Customer Errors
What If I Ordered the Wrong Size?
For non-customized items: You can return for a refund within 30 days (customer pays return shipping), then order the correct size.
For custom/personalized items: Unfortunately, size errors are not covered under our return policy as the items are custom-made to your specifications.

Remake Option: If you need a custom item remade in a different size due to your ordering error, we can remake it for 50% of the original price. Contact us to discuss.
Cancellations
Can I Cancel My Order?
Before design proof approval: Yes, contact us immediately at sales@b1apparels.com or +1 (437) 533-5717 for a full refund.
After design proof approval but before production: Contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn't started, we may be able to cancel for a full refund.
After production has begun: Orders cannot be cancelled once production starts, as items are being made specifically for you.
After shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled. You would need to follow our return policy once you receive the items.
Lost or Damaged Packages in Transit
Package Lost by Carrier:
- Contact us at sales@b1apparels.com
- We will file a claim with the shipping carrier
- Once approved, we will remake your order or issue a full refund
- This typically takes 7-14 business days
Package Damaged in Shipping:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged package and contents
- We will file a claim and send a replacement or refund
- We cover all costs for shipping damage
Package Shows Delivered But Not Received:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or family members
- Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes tracking updates early)
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number
- If still not found, contact us and we'll assist with a carrier investigation

Q: Can I return my custom jersey if I don't like how it turned out?
A: No, custom/personalized items cannot be returned for buyer's remorse or design preferences. However, if the item doesn't match your approved proof or has a manufacturing defect, we will remake it at no cost.
Q: What if I approved the design but there was a typo I didn't notice?
A: If the finished product matches your approved proof, we cannot accept a return. We recommend carefully reviewing all spelling, names, and numbers before approving. If you need a remake due to your error, we can offer it at 50% of the original price.
Q: Who pays for return shipping if the item is defective?
A: We do. If there's a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Q: How long do I have to report a defect?
A: You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos of the defect.
Q: Can I exchange my custom jersey for a different size?
