At B1 Apparels, we are committed to delivering your custom team jerseys safely, efficiently, and on time. Because every item we produce is custom-made specifically for your team, our shipping process includes both production time and delivery time. Please review this policy carefully to understand our complete timeline and shipping procedures.

All B1 Apparels products are custom-made to order. This means production begins only after you approve your design proof, and items cannot ship from existing inventory. Your complete order timeline includes:

  1. Design Approval Phase: 24-48 hours
  2. Production Time: 2-4 business days after approval
  3. Shipping/Delivery Time (Canada and USA): 5-10 Business Days
  4. International Shipping Time: 12-14 Business Days

Total estimated time from order placement to delivery:

  • Domestic (Canada/USA): 07-14 business days
  • International: 14-18 business days

Production Timeline (Before Shipping)

Design Approval Process

After you place your order, we will:

  1. Create a detailed digital proof of your jersey design
  2. Email you the proof within 24-48 hours
  3. Wait for your approval before beginning production
  4. Make unlimited revisions if you request changes

Production does not begin until you approve your design. If you need to make changes to your design, this may extend the timeline.

Manufacturing Time

Once you approve your design proof:

  • Standard Production: 2-4 business days
  • Complex Orders: May require up to 08 business days (we will notify you if this applies)
  • Large Team Orders (15+ jerseys): May require 7-10 business days

What happens during production:

  • Fabric is cut to specifications
  • Designs are printed using sublimation technology or embroidered using tackle twill
  • Jerseys are stitched and assembled
  • Each piece undergoes quality control inspection
  • Orders are professionally packaged for shipment

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.

Free Shipping Eligibility

  • Orders over $40 (CAD/USD): FREE standard shipping to Canada and the United States
  • Orders under $40: Flat rate of $20 CAD/USD

International Shipping Costs

For destinations outside Canada and the United States:

  • Orders over $40: FREE standard shipping to select countries*
  • Orders under $40: Flat rate of $20 CAD/USD to select countries*

*Free international shipping applies to: United Kingdom, Australia, and European Union countries. Other international destinations may have different rates - please contact us for a quote.

Important: International shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Order Processing & Handling

When Does My Order Ship?

Your order ships according to this timeline:

  1. Order Placed: You complete checkout on our website
  2. Design Proof Sent: Within 24-48 hours
  3. Customer Approval: You approve the design (no time limit - take the time you need)
  4. Production Begins: Immediately after approval
  5. Production Completed: 2-4 business days after approval
  6. Quality Check: Same day as production completion
  7. Package Ships: Same day or next business day after quality check

Example Timeline:

  • Monday: You place order
  • Tuesday: You receive and approve design proof
  • Following Monday-Wednesday: Production completed
  • Wednesday/Thursday: Order ships
  • Following Monday-Wednesday (USA): Order arrives

Total: Approximately 07-14 business days from order to delivery for US customers


Tracking Your Order

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Carrier name (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc.)
  • Direct link to track your package

Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after you receive your shipping notification. This is normal as carriers process packages into their systems.

International Shipping Details

Customs & Import Duties

Important for International Customers:

All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means:

  • You (the buyer) are responsible for:
    • Import duties
    • Customs fees
    • VAT/GST (if applicable in your country)
    • Any other taxes or charges imposed by your country
  • We are NOT responsible for:
    • Customs delays
    • Additional fees charged by your country
    • Customs clearance times

Before ordering, we strongly recommend:

  3. Being prepared to pay duties/taxes upon delivery

Customs Declarations

We accurately declare all shipments with:

We cannot mark items as "gifts" or reduce declared values, as this violates international shipping laws and customs regulations.

Delivery Delays & Issues

What Could Cause Delays?

While we do everything possible to meet our estimated timelines, the following may cause delays:

Production Delays:

  • Design revision requests after initial approval
  • Large team orders requiring extended production time
  • Equipment maintenance or technical issues (rare)
  • Canadian statutory holidays

Shipping Delays:

  • Extreme weather conditions (snowstorms, hurricanes, etc.)
  • Customs clearance delays (international orders)
  • Peak shipping seasons (holidays, back-to-school)
  • Carrier delays or service disruptions
  • Public holidays in destination countries
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Production will take longer than estimated

Undeliverable Packages & Returns to Sender

Why Packages Are Returned to Us

Packages may be returned to us if:

  • Shipping address is incorrect or incomplete
  • Recipient refused delivery
  • Customs duties/fees were not paid (international orders)
  • Package could not be delivered after multiple attempts
  • Recipient moved without forwarding address

If Your Package Is Returned

If your package is returned to us, you are responsible for:

  1. Reshipping costs to send the order again
  2. Any customs fees incurred (for international orders)
  3. Providing a corrected shipping address if the original was incorrect

We will:

  1. Notify you immediately when package is returned to us
  2. Inspect the package to ensure items are still in new condition
  3. Provide a quote for reshipping
  4. Reship once payment for shipping is received

Important: We hold returned packages for 30 days. If reshipping arrangements are not made within 30 days, we reserve the right to dispose of or resell the items with no refund.


Address Accuracy

Your Responsibility

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete shipping information including:

  • Recipient name
  • Street address or P.O. Box number
  • Apartment/Suite/Unit number (if applicable)
  • City
  • Province/State
  • Postal/ZIP code
  • Country
  • Phone number

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by customer
  • Delays caused by incomplete address information
  • Delivery to an address you provided, even if it was incorrect

Address Changes

Before shipping: Contact us immediately if you need to change your address. We can update it if production hasn't begun or package hasn't shipped.

After shipping: Once a package is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. You must contact the carrier directly.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If Your Package Shows Delivered But You Didn't Receive It

  1. Check with neighbors, family members, or building management - packages are sometimes left with them
  2. Look around your property - carriers sometimes leave packages in safe locations
  3. Wait 24 hours - sometimes tracking updates before actual delivery
  4. Contact the carrier using your tracking number - they can provide GPS delivery location
  5. Contact us at sales@b1apparels.com if the above steps don't resolve the issue

Our Policy on Lost Packages

If carrier confirms delivery to your address:

  • We are not responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages after confirmed carrier delivery
  • You may need to file a police report for stolen packages
  • Check if your home/renters insurance covers package theft

If carrier loses package in transit (before delivery confirmation):

  • We will file a claim with the carrier
  • We will provide a replacement order or refund once claim is approved
  • This process can take 7-14 business days

Peak Season Shipping

During busy periods, shipping times may be extended:

Peak Seasons:

  • Back-to-School (August-September): Add 2-3 business days to production and shipping
  • Holiday Season (November-December): Add 3-5 business days to production and shipping
  • Spring Sports Season (March-April): Add 1-2 business days to production

We recommend ordering well in advance during these periods if you have specific deadlines (tournaments, season openers, etc.).

Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? A: Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS or Canada Post. Express courier services (UPS, FedEx, DHL) cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Q: Can I pick up my order to avoid shipping costs? A: Unfortunately, we do not offer local pickup at this time. All orders must be shipped.

Q: What if I need my jerseys by a specific date? A: Contact us BEFORE ordering to discuss rush production and express shipping options. We'll let you know if we can meet your deadline.

Q: Will I have to pay customs fees? A: International customers outside Canada and USA may be required to pay import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These are not included in our shipping costs.

Q: Do you ship worldwide? A: Yes, we ship to over 150 countries. Shipping times vary by destination - contact us for estimates to your specific country.

Q: Why is my tracking number not working? A: Tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to activate in the carrier's system after your shipping notification email. Please wait and try again.
