We ship worldwide. We have equal shipping rates to Canada and other countries in worldwide.
• Flat Rate Shipping: We charge a flat rate of $20 for all orders under $40.
• Free Shipping: Orders over $40 qualify for free shipping.
Delivery Time:
All B1 Apparels products are custom-made to order. This means production begins only after you approve your design proof, and items cannot ship from existing inventory. Your complete order timeline includes:
Design Approval Phase: 24-48 hours
Production Time: 2-4 business days after approval
Shipping/Delivery Time (Canada and USA): 5-10 Business Days
International Shipping Time: 12-14 Business Days
Total estimated time from order placement to delivery:
Domestic (Canada/USA): 07-14 business days
International: 14-18 business days

We offer international shipping especially to the United States of America (USA) via UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, and USPS.

Return Policy:
All B1 Apparels products are custom made to order. Because of this, customized items (with team names, player names, numbers, or designs) are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, unless there is a manufacturing defect, damage, or an error on our part.
Non-customized (plain) items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping on eligible non-custom items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the approved design proof, please contact us within 30 days. We will review the issue and either remake the item at no cost or issue a full refund, including prepaid return shipping.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
Custom orders cannot be exchanged, but defective custom items will be remade.
For EU customers, a 14-day withdrawal right applies in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
